Well, Here is a little bit about it to tempt you ... OK - well it is about a mistake that happened in Israel .... An ordinary lady called a number of a family member and dialled it wrong ... they got .... the enemy in Palestine. BUT they started to chat.... they found a place where they could be related. Talk about reality and explain what the war had cost them and really reach out beyond their cultural identity to each other...

This grew - people started to talk across the wall about things and their pain , loss of their child finding the other had also lost a child - they struggled to find compassion beyond the need to retaliate... they are a community now growing, that introduce each other to the other side by phone and some in person .. the struggle to get beyond 'what was 'done' to them to reach out and find peace....

I can't explain it BUT it is the must incredible , unlikely and some people may say would never be able to happen ... but ordinary people are changing things there .. this mistake has to be the work of universal love / or what ever that is for you. One that we all can relate to not one of separateness working some magic I feel...

Any way - IF you can find the time, it will blow your mind to hear the actual people there, their own voices talking about how this happened, the struggle and getting beyond this with hope of a new world for everyone... I do hope you take time as I said - whilst packing, cleaning or something to listen to this incredible story... it will lift your heart. It's important

All About CANDLE FOR TIBET (click on picture)

August 7th 2008 is the day before the opening ceremony of The Olympic Games in Beijing. On this day we aim to create the world's greatest LIGHT PROTEST, when at least 100 million people from all over the world will light a candle and say YES to freedom in Tibet!

All you are asked to do is to light a simple candle
on August 7th at 9 pm in your own time zone.

Light the Candle at your home, workplace or in a public place. Put the candle in your Window, or on your desk, or anywhere else where other people will see it and hopefully do the same.

Our light protest will be seen by billions on TV screens all over the world on the day the Beijing Olympics open. We are not against the Olymipcs or anything else for that matter, we stand for Freedom. Period.

On the following day we will issue letters to every head of state in the world to tell him exactly how many people from his country wish Tibet to be free. We will also demand that each one of them will act for the freedom of Tibet.

We will also issue letters to the general secretary of UN, the government in Beijing and to other global organizations with data on global participation.
